Dorset Professional Supervision

Step 2 - Professional Supervision

All non-clinical staff who have undertaken Personalised Care Institute (PCI) accredited training should have access to Professional Supervision Group Sessions to support skills development and share learning and insight as part of their continuing professional development.

This requirement is set out in The Workforce Development Frameworks - Health and Wellbeing Coach, Care Coordinator, and Social Prescribing Link Worker.

We have 2 models of small group supervision (maximum 8 people per group):

Model 1

Non-clinical Health Practitioner Supervision

“Reflect & Learn”

 Small group sessions suitable for:

  • Social Prescribing Link Workers
  • Care Coordinators
  • Practitioners who provide non-clinical personalised conversations

You are required to attend 3 sessions.

Please select a group from the table below taking place either in the morning or afternoon. Morning groups are 1100 to 1230 and afternoon groups are 1400 to 1530.

Please look at the venues and select a select a group nearest to your work location.

We are aiming to facilitate Reflect & Learn supervision groups in person. However, this will be discussed and agreed with your facilitator who will contact you once you have booked onto a session.

We will endeavour to accommodate your selected venue but may alternatively offer supervision online if required.

Please email pcitraining@helpandcare.org.uk to inquire into our Reflect & Learn or Health Coaching Supervision Groups.
